Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn or unused

  • With all original tags

  • In its original packaging
    You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.


Exchanges

For the fastest service, return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the item you’d like instead.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of your refund status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
